Position: Visa Filing (STUDY VISA/ TOURIST VISA)
Experience- 6 months to 1 year

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete visa filing process (Tourist, Study for all countries)
- Check and verify all client documents carefully
- Fill visa application forms accurately
- Guide clients about required documents and procedures
- Prepare cover letters and supporting documents
- Submit visa files to embassy, consulate, or visa center
- Track visa status and update clients regularly
- Follow up on pending applications
- Maintain proper records of all files and documents
- Stay updated with latest visa rules and changes
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Punjabi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Attention to detail
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Good client handling skills
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field (preferred)
- Experience in visa filing or travel industry is a plus
- Freshers can also apply (training can be provided)
Other Requirements:
- Ability to handle multiple files at the same time
- Responsible and organized
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
