Job Summary
Safelift Industries is looking for a courteous, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Coordinate with different departments for visitor and employee requirements.
- Maintain office records, files, and basic documentation.
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email handling.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role will be an added advantage.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
