- Document Management: Sorting, classifying, and filing documents in physical cabinets or electronic systems using alphabetical or numerical methods.
- Data Entry & Scanning: Digitizing paper records, updating databases, and creating new file records.
- Retrieval & Tracking: Locating and retrieving files for personnel while tracking borrowed documents.
- Confidentiality & Security: Protecting sensitive information and ensuring compliance with retention policies.
- Office Support: Copying, shredding, distributing mail, and operating office equipment.
- System Maintenance: Developing and improving filing systems to enhance efficiency
