Educational Qualification
- MBA (Mandatory)
- B.Tech in any discipline (CS/IT preferred).
Key Skills & Competencies
- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of web-based applications and digital platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Hands-on experience in developing and managing interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Familiarity with web-based project management, collaboration, and workflow tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent project planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate must be based in Mumbai or willing to work from Nariman Point, Mumbai.
- Must possess excellent communication, presentation, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
10+ years of experience in managing similar large scale survey project, coordinate activities, manage timelines, and ensure the project stays within budget.
Experience of working as a PMU/PMC Team Lead / Project Manager for at least three projects for Central Government/ State Government or their agencies or international / multilateral funding agencies will be an added advantage
Develop evaluation frameworks and monitoring mechanisms to track project milestones and performance indicators.
Experience in developing evaluation criteria and formulating monitoring mechanism, developing and using digital platforms with knowledge on IMIS for Central Government/ State Government or their agencies or international / multilateral funding agencies will be considered an added advantage
Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month
