- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products and explain their key features and benefits.
- Generate new business leads and maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers.
- Take product inquiries, record customer requirements, and coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call reports, and follow-up schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support and order fulfillment.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its products (preferred).
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude with strong follow-up skills.
