Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations
- Lead, motivate and manage the branch team
- Drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition, franchises development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in stock broking / financial services
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
- Ability to meet targets and manage branch operations independently
