Job Role
We are hiring a Inside Sales Executive to handle dealer communication, customer follow-ups, lead conversion, and sales coordination across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
- Convert leads into sales and build strong customer relationships
- Follow up with dealers and retail customers regularly
- Explain product features, offers, and pricing clearly
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Good confidence while handling customer calls
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling preferred
- Experience in automotive, accessories, or e-commerce industry is an advantage
