Trouble Shooting hooper setting
Role & Responsibilities:
· Ensure the availability of materials and manpower planning for production.
· Achieve the production target as per plan.
· Maintain the production Document.
· Man power handling and work load allocation
· Tool maintenance and maintain the Tool history Document
· Maintain the tools maintenance according to PM schedule
· Hourly defect monitoring in machine area.
· Making corrective action report for internal quality problem.
· Monitor quality of product during manufacturing.
· Tracking of material and Semi finished & finished goods.
· Monitoring the man, machine, material utilization.
· Continuous improvement activities along with team members.
· Productivity improvements and achieving monthly target.
· Implementation of 5S in all working area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
