Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Welcome and direct guests, clients, and vendors upon arrival, ensuring a professional and courteous environment.
- Communications: Manage incoming and outgoing calls, screen inquiries, take messages, and route information to the appropriate staff members.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, book meeting rooms, and manage corporate calendars.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, organize packages, file documents, and assist other departments with data entry.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a relevant customer service role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with basic office management software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and a high degree of professionalism
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
