Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand sales through retail and channel partner networks
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners
- Drive B2B/B2C sales and achieve monthly business targets
- Generate new business opportunities for lithium-ion batteries and hybrid inverter products
- Conduct market visits, dealer meetings, and product presentations
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth execution and customer support
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and system integrators
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in retail/channel sales of lithium-ion batteries, hybrid inverters, electrical, or energy storage products
- Candidates from traditional battery/inverter industry preferred
- Strong dealer/distributor network and market knowledge
- Good communication, negotiation, and business development skills
Experience: 4+ Years
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune)
