Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Career Guidance Experts (Marathi) to guide prospective learners in making informed career decisions. The ideal candidate will act as a mentor, understand learners' aspirations, explain NxtWave's programs, and help them choose the right career path.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about counselling, sales, and creating a meaningful impact on students' careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective learners regarding suitable career opportunities and learning programs.
- Counsel students and parents through phone and video consultations.
- Explain the value proposition and outcomes of NxtWave's programs.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial interaction to enrollment.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
- Handle objections and assist candidates in making informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Share feedback on lead quality and market insights with internal teams.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Provide excellent customer experience throughout the counselling journey.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree completed (mandatory).
- Candidates currently pursuing any degree are not eligible.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Marathi is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in counselling, telesales, inside sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Experience in the EdTech industry will be an advantage.
