Financial Management
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Review monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure timely processing of payments, payroll, and statutory obligations.
- Monitor company expenses and implement cost-control measures.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Commercial Management
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Review and negotiate contracts, proposals, and commercial agreements.
- Analyze revenue performance, pricing structures, and profit margins.
- Support business development initiatives and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to achieve favorable commercial terms.
- Evaluate commercial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Business Operations
- Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements.
- Develop KPIs and management dashboards for business performance tracking.
- Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Sales, and other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
Reporting & Leadership
- Present financial and commercial reports to senior management.
- Lead and supervise finance and administrative teams.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Support organizational growth through data-driven decision-making and financial analysis.
- Key Skills and Qualifications:
· Chartered Accountant (CA)· Minimum [6] years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
· Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
· Proficient in financial software such as [specific software like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.]
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
· In-depth knowledge of tax regulations, financial compliance, and financial policies.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
