We are hiring a Purchase Executive to manage sourcing and procurement of materials and products, with a focus on the Fire & Life Safety / Industrial Safety segment. The ideal candidate will handle vendor coordination, price negotiation, purchase order processing, and delivery follow-ups to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure products related to fire safety, industrial safety (PPE), or dealership-based products
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Raise and track purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery
- Compare quotations and maintain vendor rate lists
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, and project teams for material requirements
- Maintain purchase records, vendor documentation, and pricing history
- Follow up on outstanding deliveries and resolve vendor-related issues
- Support tender and GeM portal procurement requirements as needed
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
