What You Bring
- 8 to 12 years in software engineering with at least 2 years in a Tech Lead or equivalent squad-level technical leadership role
- .NET Core (C#) - deep, production-grade backend experience including performance tuning, async patterns, and complex domain modeling
- ASP.NET Core Web API - design, versioning, auth (OAuth2/JWT), rate limiting, and observability
- React JS - component architecture, state management, and performance profiling
- Python - scripting, automation pipelines, data processing, or AI tooling integration
- SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL - advanced query design, indexing strategy, execution plans, and schema migration ownership
- CQRS pattern - applied in production; MediatR implementation experience strongly preferred
- Design Patterns and SOLID Principles - you apply them, you explain them, you enforce them in reviews
- Azure DevOps - pipeline ownership including build, test, release gates, and environment management
- Azure PaaS services - AKS, App Services, Function Apps, Service Bus, and Key Vault in production
- Microservices and event-driven architecture patterns - inter-service communication and eventual consistency trade-offs
- Strong English communication - you write specs, design docs, and post-mortems with equal fluency
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent from a recognized university
Good to Have
- Azure PaaS services - AKS, App Services, Function Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, API Management
- Microservices architecture and inter-service communication patterns
- Unit and integration testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, Moq, or TestContainers
- PostgreSQL advanced features - JSONB, partitioning, replication, or indexing strategies
- Infrastructure-as-Code exposure with Bicep or Terraform on Azure
- Healthcare payer domain knowledge - claims, enrollment, benefits, or provider data
- Familiarity with Anthropic API or LLM integration patterns in production applications
