We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Study Abroad Counselor to guide students through the overseas education journey. The counselor will assist students in selecting suitable universities, courses, and countries based on their academic background, career goals, and financial profile. The role involves counseling and admissions support.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study opportunities in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other destinations.
- Assess students’ academic profiles, career aspirations, and financial capabilities to recommend suitable programs and institutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international universities, admission requirements, scholarships, and immigration policies.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–5 years of experience in study abroad counseling, overseas education, or academic advising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term student relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling applications for multiple countries.
- Sales and target-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
