Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the complete business development process from enquiry to project closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate (B2B) and government (B2G) clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate to make proposals, quotations, presentations, NDAs, contracts, and other business documents.
- Maintain and update the Sales Reports, CRM/database.
- Track leads, enquiries, meetings, proposals, and project status.
- Analyse sales data and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong email writing and professional communication and coordination skills.
- Good relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
Technical Skills:
- Google Sheets (Formulas, Filters, Pivot Tables, Basic Functions)
- Google Docs
- Google Slides / PowerPoint
- Microsoft Excel
- Any other relevant tools (Plus)
