Job Title: Blockchain/Decentralized Systems Developer – MLM PlatformOverview
We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Developer with expertise in building decentralized systems and smart contract-based MLM platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and transparent blockchain applications that support multi-level referral and reward structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for MLM reward distribution on blockchain networks (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana).
- Build a decentralized backend for user registration, wallet integration, and automated payment processing.
- Implement secure and transparent MLM logic (levels, commissions, bonuses, referrals, payouts).
- Develop APIs and integrations with front-end applications (web, mobile).
- Ensure data immutability, fraud resistance, and scalability of the MLM platform.
- Conduct regular audits, testing, and optimization of smart contracts.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to deliver a smooth user experience.
- Stay updated with blockchain, Web3, and DeFi trends to enhance platform capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Solidity, Rust, or Go (depending on blockchain).
- Hands-on experience with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) or other decentralized ecosystems.
- Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenomics, and staking mechanisms.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Web3.js, or ethers.js for blockchain integrations.
- Experience with wallet integrations (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, WalletConnect, etc.).
- Solid understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and gas optimization.
- Experience deploying dApps on Ethereum, BSC, or Layer-2 solutions.
- Familiarity with smart contract auditing tools (MythX, Slither, OpenZeppelin).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in MLM or referral-based blockchain projects.
- Knowledge of cross-chain bridges and interoperability.
- Experience in designing tokenomics (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
- Understanding of DAO governance mechanisms.
