Hiring: Tender Executive / Bidding Executive

Citiyano De Solutions Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Tender Executive / Bidding Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in Government Tendering, GeM Portal operations, and Bid Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify tender opportunities on GeM, CPP Portal, e-Procurement, and other government procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical/commercial requirements.
- Prepare, compile, and organize bid documentation for online and offline submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents, certificates, quotations, and compliance details.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders before deadlines.
- Maintain a tracker of submitted, ongoing, and upcoming tenders.
- Follow up on bid clarifications, corrigenda, and tender status.
- Maintain proper records of company registrations, certifications, and supporting documents.
- Prepare reports related to tender activities and submissions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc. or any Graduate).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn GeM Portal and Government Tendering processes.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Government Tendering and Procurement.
- Knowledge of GeM Portal (preferred but not mandatory).
