We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for Service Desk coordination, end-user support, desktop administration, and assisting in day-to-day IT infrastructure operations. This role provides excellent exposure to enterprise IT environments, system administration, and user support.

Handle IT support tickets, incidents, and service requests through the ticketing system.

Provide desktop and laptop support for Windows and Linux users.

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain operating systems and applications.

Manage user accounts, password resets, and access requests.

Support printers, scanners, peripherals, and conference room equipment.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.

Perform employee onboarding and offboarding activities.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Assist in patch management and software deployment.

Support email, collaboration, and productivity tools.

Monitor system health and escalate critical issues.

Maintain documentation for IT procedures and troubleshooting guides.

Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.

Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.

Basic Linux administration and troubleshooting knowledge.

Good understanding of computer hardware, laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and networking fundamentals.

Experience with Active Directory user and group management.

Knowledge of software installation, upgrades, and patch management.

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field
