We are now adding AI-driven features such as OCR for document automation, predictive analytics, and driver efficiency insights.Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate AI/ML Intern to join our team and work on exciting real-world projects in logistics tech. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, and data science within a startup environment.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and training OCR models for extracting data from logistics documents (e.g., invoices, trip sheets, bills of lading).
- Work on data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering for logistics datasets.
- Contribute to developing predictive models for driver performance, route optimization, and dispatcher efficiency.
- Collaborate with the product and tech team to integrate AI modules into the TMS.
- Research and experiment with AI/ML frameworks to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Document processes, experiments, and results for knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / related field in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI/ML.
- Strong understanding of Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, OpenCV, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of OCR tools (Tesseract, EasyOCR, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
