Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager – Operations to lead the day-to-day branch operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in pharmaceutical distribution and be capable of ensuring smooth coordination across departments while maintaining high standards of customer service, billing, dispatch, delivery, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, HR, and Logistics teams for seamless business operations.
- Ensure timely billing of customer orders without delays.
- Monitor dispatch activities and ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
- Supervise warehouse operations, inventory movement, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor branch performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Manage manpower, allocate responsibilities, and monitor employee productivity.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Eligibility
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution or supply chain operations.
- Prior experience in handling branch operations is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of billing processes, warehouse management, dispatch, and logistics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Pharm/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA or equivalent).
