Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Management Trainees to join us and explore different business functions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience, understand real-time operations, and build a foundation for a long-term career with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across departments such as Production, Sales, Marketing, Admin, Finance, Logistics Data analysis .
- Understand department-wise processes, systems, and responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations and team tasks
- Participate in internal meetings, reviews, and on-ground activities
- Help in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
- Provide fresh inputs for process improvements
- Learn and adapt to RADON India’s work culture and values
Who Can Apply:
- Recent Graduates (BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent)
- Strong communication and willingness to learn
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A proactive attitude and team spirit
- Interest in working in a manufacturing and retail-driven environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
