Job Summary
A Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, monitoring their health conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure effective treatment and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.)
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-treatment care
- Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life support if needed
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for patient care plans
- Follow hospital policies, protocols, and ethical standards

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid nursing license/registration with the relevant nursing council
- Proven experience in a clinical setting (preferred but not always required)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures

- Shift duties (day/night/weekends/holidays)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
