About Us:
Prego Voyages is a growing travel company specializing in Cruise Holidays, International Tour Packages, and Customized Travel Solutions. We are looking for energetic and dedicated candidates to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads via Calls, WhatsApp & Website enquiries
- Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Prepare travel quotations and holiday packages
- Handle cruise, hotel, and tour reservations
- Provide backend reservation and operational support
- Coordinate with suppliers, cruise lines, hotels & airlines
- Update travel packages on the company website
- Maintain customer database and booking records
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam & English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling)
- Customer handling and sales skills preferred
- Experience in travel industry is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Travel & Tourism background preferred
