Job Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic MS Office & Advanced Excel Faculty to conduct practical training sessions for our students. The ideal candidate should be able to teach Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and essential computer applications with a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical training sessions on Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
- Teach students from basic to advanced Excel concepts, including formulas, functions, charts, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments and hands-on activities.
- Guide students in applying MS Office skills to real workplace scenarios.
- Maintain student attendance, training records, and assessment reports.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in teaching or corporate training in MS Office applications.
- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in teaching Advanced Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, Pivot Tables, Charts, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and basic dashboards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Industry training or certification in Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
