1.Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in line with industry standards and best practices as per specifications.
2.Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure product consistency, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
3.Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
4.Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
6.Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
7.Investigate customer complaints or quality issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
8.Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality records, and ensure final inspections and acceptance.
9.Ensure effective communication of quality-related information to convey both internally and externally.
10.Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements related to quality assurance in the manufacturing industry.
