About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer who can independently lead luxury residential and commercial interior projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibility, technical expertise, client-handling skills, and site execution experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete interior design projects from concept development to final execution.
- Prepare mood boards, space planning, furniture layouts, material palettes, and presentation drawings.
- Develop detailed working drawings including:
- Floor Plans
- Ceiling Plans
- Electrical Layouts
- Elevations
- Sections
- Joinery Details
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and site execution teams.
- Conduct client meetings and present design concepts confidently.
- Visit project sites regularly to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Review BOQs, material specifications, and shop drawings.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Guide and mentor junior designers.
- Ensure high-quality design standards and attention to detail throughout every stage of the project.
