The Estate Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and efficient operation of the estate/property. This includes supervising staff, managing budgets, ensuring security and safety, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and preserving the long-term value of the property.
Key Responsibilities
Estate Operations & Maintenance:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the estate, including buildings, grounds, gardens, equipment, and infrastructure.
Plan and coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure the estate remains in excellent condition.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise domestic staff, gardeners, security personnel, and other estate employees.
Develop work schedules, set performance standards, and conduct periodic evaluations.
Financial & Budget Management:
Prepare and manage the estate’s annual budget.
Track expenses, approve purchases, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination:
Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Ensure quality control and timely completion of outsourced work.
Security & Compliance:
Implement and oversee estate security protocols to ensure the safety of residents and property.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Event & Guest Management (if applicable):
Coordinate events hosted on the estate, managing logistics and guest experience.
Ensure smooth hospitality arrangements for visiting guests.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
