Job Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand candidates' educational background and career aspirations.
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and program benefits.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective students.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
