Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the Italian kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining authentic flavors, and leading the kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Italian kitchen operations.
- Prepare and maintain authentic Italian dishes such as pasta, pizza, risotto, and sauces.
- Plan and update menu items and specials.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff (Sous Chef, CDP, Commis).
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Manage inventory, food cost, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of culinary experience in Italian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
