ScienceGenic, a leading aeducational institution dedicated to student success, is looking for energetic and ambitious individuals to join our team as Assistant Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and helping families find the right educational solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Provide suitable educational solutions based on client requirements
- Conduct sales counselling sessions with students and parents
- Visit client locations when required for counselling, presentations, and relationship building
- Generate referrals and expand the company's network through excellent customer service
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to maximize conversions
- Assist in achieving sales and enrollment targets
- Coordinate effectively with academic, operations, and administration departments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Represent ScienceGenic professionally during meetings, events, and promotional activities
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to organizational growth
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the enrollment process
Qualification
- Graduate (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convince and influence clients professionally
- Basic computer knowledge and data management skills
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and counselling sessions
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented personality
Working Hours
12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
(Monday to Saturday)
Compensation
- Basic Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
- Performance-Based Incentives: Unlimited earning potential based on performance
