Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Officer to join our Study Abroad team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student documentation, coordinating with universities, and maintaining communication with B2B partners and students throughout the admission and visa process.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with international universities regarding admissions, document requirements, offer letters, and application updates.
Communicate with B2B clients and students for collecting required documents and providing regular updates.
Verify and organize student documents for university applications and visa processing.
Maintain accurate records of student applications and document status.
Follow up with students and partner agencies for pending documents and process completion.
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
Assist the counselling and processing team in handling student cases smoothly.
Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation records.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Good communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders professionally.
Prior experience in study abroad documentation or admissions is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
