The Business Development Manager (BDM) – ELV Systems is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for ELV (Extra Low Voltage) solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target
- Execute Pre leads and arrange the client meeting
- Generate New Leads (Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products and services in a designated region.
- Manage projects/accounts and handle clients ‘requirements.
- Consultative Solution based sales approach.
- Studies and understands all facets of the media and products and services being offered.
- Maintains excellent relationships with all clients in the executive's portfolio.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
- Weekly one time Visit potential clients.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Analyzing costs and sales.
- Meeting regular sales targets.
Experience
- Minimum 5 -10 years of experience in ELV, Security Systems, or Low Voltage Solutions sales.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing B2B client relationships.
- Experience in handling government, commercial, industrial, and residential projects is preferred.
