Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in client communication through WhatsApp and email.
- Support the sales team with client follow-ups and coordination.
- Maintain and update data using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities.
Eligibility & Skills Qualification
- Electronics Engineering (Student or Graduate).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to create content and manage client communication in a professional manner.
