About the Role
We looking for a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse packing and dispatch operations. The person will supervise the warehouse team and ensure that products are packed correctly, labelled accurately and prepared for shipment on time.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily warehouse and packing team.
- Assign packing work and monitor completion of daily tasks.
- Ensure products are packed correctly and on time.
- Check that the correct product and shipping labels are applied.
- Verify product, SKU and quantity before dispatch.
- Monitor pending orders and packing work.
- Ensure shipments are prepared before dispatch deadlines.
- Help prevent shipment delays caused by incomplete or late packing.
- Check packaging quality before products are dispatched.
- Coordinate with stock and packing staff for smooth warehouse operations.
- Maintain an organised and disciplined warehouse working environment.
- Report packing, labelling or dispatch issues to management.
- Monitor the daily performance of warehouse staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse, packing, dispatch or team-supervision experience preferred.
- Experience handling a warehouse or packing team.
- Good understanding of product packing and labelling.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to complete work within daily deadlines.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
