Job Summary
A Spinning Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting spinning machines to ensure smooth production of yarn with required quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor spinning machines

Ensure continuous production with minimal downtime

Check yarn quality and maintain production standards

Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning

Identify and resolve machine issues quickly

Maintain proper documentation of production data

Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance team
Skills & Requirements

Knowledge of spinning processes and machinery

Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

Understanding of yarn quality parameters

Teamwork and communication skills
Qualification
-
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical
-
1–3 year’s experience
