We are looking for an experienced and result-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals, and the ability to identify and engage top IT talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from requirement analysis to candidate onboarding.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
- Perform Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, visa status, location, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' technical background, communication skills, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality profiles within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS and internal databases.
- Stay updated on the latest US IT market trends, technologies, visa regulations, and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and X-ray search techniques.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Salesforce, SAP, and other IT domains.
- Good understanding of different US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and major US job portals is mandatory.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
