design-led brands and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
Your Mission
Help MemoryTrain reach more customers by building strong retail partnerships,
growing corporate gifting opportunities, and identifying new sales channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage relationships with lifestyle stores, museums, airport stores, hotels, cafés, galleries, and premium retail partners.
- Identify and convert corporate gifting and B2B opportunities.
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and industry events.
- Represent MemoryTrain at exhibitions, trade fairs, pop-ups, and networking events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to deliver custom projects and corporate orders.
- Track sales performance, inventory requirements, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Travel when required to meet clients and expand our market presence.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, retail partnerships, or corporate sales.
- Has experience in lifestyle, gifting, home décor, hospitality, luxury retail, or design-led brands (preferred).
- Is confident meeting decision-makers and building lasting relationships.
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Is proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Has a strong appreciation for design, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
- Is fluent in English. Malayalam and Hindi are an advantage.
- Is willing to travel for client meetings and exhibitions.
