Job Description
Digitron is hiring Technicians – CCTV & Access Control for our AMC Operations in Mumbai.
We are looking for technically skilled and motivated professionals with hands-on experience in CCTV installation, networking, access control, and electronic security systems.
The selected candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and service support of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, and related ELV systems at customer sites across Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot CCTV Cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and Access Control Systems (ACS).
- Perform installation and configuration of IP-based surveillance systems.
- Execute structured cabling, cable laying, termination, rack installation, and panel dressing.
- Perform RJ-45 crimping, network switch installation, and IP configuration.
- Perform OFC splicing and assist in basic OTDR testing and troubleshooting.
- Configure and support Video Management Systems (VMS), preferably Genetec.
- Diagnose and resolve CCTV, networking, and access control issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
- Ensure work is completed as per quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Project/AMC Engineers and submit service and maintenance reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- 10th Pass with ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or related technical trade, or
- 12th Pass with relevant technical experience.
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Networking, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Experience in CCTV, Networking, Access Control, or ELV Systems is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.

Candidates must be comfortable working at industrial, commercial, and infrastructure customer locations and handling local AMC service requirements.
Candidates from outside Mumbai who require relocation or accommodation are not preferred for this position.

Pay: ₹17,200.00 - ₹20,200.00 per month
