CAIVA Consultancy is hiring for the position of HR & Administration Head for a reputed construction/RMC industry client. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and administration management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding process
- Handle employee engagement and HR operations
- Design compensation and benefits structures
- Manage payroll, compliance, and administration activities
- Lead interview coordination and candidate management
- Support social media recruitment and employer branding
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Ensure smooth HR documentation and policy implementation
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR & Administration leadership role
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills
- Knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR operations
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in construction/manufacturing industry preferred
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
