ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Take overall responsibility for execution, coordination, and delivery across multiple projects.
· Act as the single point of responsibility for translating approved design into physical execution.
· Manage projects under responsibility: Kalpatharu (villas and apartments), Sukra Enclave (approx. 25 villas), Gopal Towers (commercial building), and Hospital Building (institutional/hospital project).
· Ensure design intent is translated into construction without compromise.
· Coordinate: Design → Drawings → BOQ/Cost → Procurement → Construction → Quality → Handover.
· Review drawings for constructability, prepare drawing requirement schedules, raise RFIs, coordinate architectural/structural/MEP drawings, manage approved samples/mock-ups, and document design changes.
· Lead construction planning, master scheduling, site coordination, contractor mobilization, manpower planning, material planning, quality control, cost control, safety, testing/commissioning, snagging, and handover.
· Manage individual Project Managers, Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, planning/coordination personnel, contractors, specialist contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
· Prepare and maintain master construction programmes, milestone schedules, look-ahead programmes, targets, and schedules.
· Report delays as: Issue → Cause → Schedule Impact → Responsibility → Corrective Action → Recovery Date.
· Work with Management, Accounts/Commercial, and Design Team to maintain project budgets, monitor expenditure/committed costs, prevent wastage, review claims/variations, and forecast cost-to-complete.
· Oversee material identification, technical specification, quantity planning, vendor identification/development, comparison, delivery, inspection, and consumption monitoring.
· Evaluate, mobilize, and manage contractors and trade manpower; deal firmly and professionally with contractors.
· Responsible for execution quality, workmanship, specification compliance, testing, inspection, rectification, and final delivery quality.
· Conduct structured weekly reviews with Project Managers and present consolidated Management & Design Reviews to the Managing Director and Principal Architect / Design Head.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
· Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering.
· Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management / Project Management

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE & PREFERENCES
· Experienced senior professional who can operate within a Design & Build organization and manage multiple Project Managers.
· Comfortable working under dual leadership (Managing Director – Commercial & Business Leadership and Principal Architect / Design Head – Architecture & Design Leadership).
· Capable of converting architectural vision into completed buildings within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
· Prefers candidates already performing a multi-project leadership role.
Pay: ₹855,141.14 - ₹2,428,447.48 per year
