Qualification: B.E / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Experience: Minimum 7 Years Role Summary The SAP S/4 HANA EPPM Expert will support S/4 HANA business transformation initiatives, ensuring successful deployment, testing, and delivery of project solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. The role focuses on SAP Projects (EPPM) implementation, integration with Finance and Supply Chain modules, and maintaining stable ERP operations while collaborating with global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Change Management Deliver SAP deployment projects and Change Requests (CHRs) within the AsiaPac region. Support S/4 HANA business transformation programs including pilot Go-Live activities. Assist in project planning, effort estimation, execution, monitoring, and solution delivery. Ensure successful Hypercare support and transition to business operations. Solution Support & Business Collaboration Provide expertise in SAP S/4 HANA EPPM and Customer Service (CS) modules. Collaborate with Key Users and Global Delivery teams to implement ERP best practices. Perform business process analysis, requirement gathering, blueprinting, design validation, testing, and implementation support. Manage and resolve application escalations by coordinating with global IT and stakeholder teams. Act as liaison between business users and technical teams. Testing & Implementation Plan and execute SAP testing campaigns including end-to-end validation. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training activities. Work closely with GBPOs, RBPOs, GTPOs, and RTPOs to unblock testing issues and ensure delivery timelines. Project & Documentation Management Prepare and maintain project management and support documentation. Assist in budget estimation and project solution build control. Follow IT project management methodologies and governance standards. Global Collaboration Work effectively in multicultural and virtual global environments. Support teams across regions and time zones, primarily CET. Coordinate with IT peers and vendors beyond country or regional boundaries. Continuous Improvement & Governance Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency. Strengthen interdepartmental and vendor collaboration. Participate in organizational engagement initiatives such as ENPS surveys. People & Stakeholder Management Promote a positive and productive team environment. Provide constructive feedback to enhance communication, business relationships, and technical delivery. Drive cross-organizational collaboration to achieve project outcomes. Required Skills Extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA EPPM with integration knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, and Data domains. Understanding of SAP BTP integration concepts (preferred). Strong knowledge of project business processes. Experience supporting multinational business environments. Excellent communication, conflict management, reporting, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
