Inventant Education is a leading education company dedicated to transforming K-12 learning through innovative educational solutions, school books, AI, Robotics, and future-ready learning programs. We are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive business growth across the NCR region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and surrounding NCR territories.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with school principals, management, and key decision-makers.
- Appoint, manage, and motivate Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Expand the company's presence in CBSE, ICSE, and private schools.
- Conduct regular market visits and review sales performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and institutional partnerships.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for product launches and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and regional business plans.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate; MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in Educational Publishing or School Book Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
- Strong network with schools across NCR.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
