- Guide clients in selecting suitable jewellery pieces for weddings, gifting, daily wear, or special occasions.
- Explain details about gold, diamonds, gemstones, polki, jadau, and handcrafted jewellery designs.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of collections, pricing, certifications, and customization options.
- Build long-term relationships with high-end and luxury customers.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Handle billing support, customer queries, and after-sales service professionally.
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure jewellery displays look attractive and luxurious.
- Assist customers with exchange, buyback, and jewellery care services offered by the brand.
- Stay updated on jewellery trends, fashion styles, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with store managers and design teams for custom jewellery requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and create a memorable luxury shopping experience.
