Wethonic Financial Services Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and responsible Receptionist & Operations Executive to manage front desk activities while supporting day-to-day operational functions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Office Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor records and reception area decorum.
- Manage couriers, emails, and office correspondence.
Operations Support
- Assist in daily operational and administrative activities.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and task completion.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Support HR and Operations departments in routine activities.
- Maintain data in Excel and other operational systems.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email handling.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
