Associate Project Manager (APM) – Digital Marketing
Location: Remote
Salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs.30,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for an Associate Project Manager (APM) to coordinate digital marketing projects, manage client communication, and ensure smooth execution of tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, have a positive attitude, and possess sufficient digital marketing knowledge to contribute to technical discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Coordinate multiple digital marketing projects and track deliverables.
- Manage timelines, follow-ups, approvals, and team coordination.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Identify delays and proactively resolve issues.
- Work closely with Senior Project Managers, support them in project execution, and take ownership of tasks assigned while learning project management best practices.
Client Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Understand requirements and communicate them effectively.
- Participate in client meetings and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate feedback, approvals, and project execution.
Digital Marketing Understanding:
- Possess working knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Project Coordination, Client Servicing, or Account Management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong follow-up and execution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
