Job Description
Position Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resources
Reports To: Manager – HR / Head
HR Location: Bangalore
Role Objective
Support the HR function by executing operational processes, ensuring compliance, and assisting in employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and employee feedback.
- Address employee grievances and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Support training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HRMS/DMS systems preferred.
