JOB DESCRIPTION OF HEAD –SALES & MARKETING.
1. To receive instruction from Managing Director and Submit monthly performance report.
2. To develop and implement aggressive sales plan for particular region.
3. To monitor the progress of plan executed and finds the requirements of resource to achieve the overall plan.
4. To increase the sales volume through sales efforts and by assisting executives in field
5. To review market analysis to determine doctor call schedule recommendations
6. To make accountable for overall regional performance
7. To recruits, maintain, trains and oversee the development of executives
8. To assure that executives understand and adhere to all standard, policies and procedures
9. To recommends sales plans and strategies. Identify target and opportunity within territory
10. To represent the company at various trade associations meeting and other events as and when needed.
11. To coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
12. To analyzes and control expenditures of region to confirm to budgetary requirements
13. To prepare and present periodic sates reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion
14. To perform special projects as assigned by managing director
15. To efficiency manages the regions hospitals, professional institutions, and government and distribution relationship
16. To evaluate market trends and get the competitive information
17. To identify the current trend and co relate with future growth of regional sales and profitability
18. As company’s prime object is to establish brand “company” in the market it is top priority that current year domestic market sales target on month to month basis achieved
19. It is top priority that volume sales of all our key products (Patent/or other products as decided by management) should increase on month to month basis.
20. Start monitoring & report the change in sales (Volume/Amount) due to introduction of different scheme/ free samples.
21. Focus on increasing no of doctors, no. of doctor call per sales team member, doctor prescription base.
22. Hold Doctor Camp, Doctor Meeting or participate in fair or exhibition to increase geographical reach and market presence.
23. Implement good monitoring system to control outstanding.
24. Review 3P (People, Product & Place) on continuous basis considering object of setting brand “company” in market.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
