Job Title: State Head – DDU-GKY (Maharashtra)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead the implementation of DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) projects across Maharashtra. The role requires strong operational management, government coordination, and ensuring compliance with all program guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of DDU-GKY projects in Maharashtra
- Coordinate with State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs, and audit requirements
- Oversee training centers, mobilization drives, and placement activities
- Achieve targets related to enrollment, training completion, certification, and placements
- Maintain MIS reports, documentation, and progress tracking
- Handle inspections, audits, and monitoring visits
- Develop employer partnerships for placement opportunities
- Manage and guide state-level team and center staff
- Ensure quality training delivery and candidate outcomes
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in skill development projects (DDU-GKY preferred)
- Strong understanding of government schemes and compliance processes
- Experience in team handling and project execution
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra

Preferred Candidate Profile
