We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Staff member to handle daily administrative tasks, maintain records, and support smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update office records, files, and documents
- Handle data entry and basic documentation work
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist in inventory and asset record maintenance
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when required
- Support HR in attendance and basic employee records
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the office
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
